Delivery of software in various programming languages, mainly Python and JavaScript.
JavaScript Frameworks experience and understanding in at least one or more of the following
(ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS etc)
API Development (NodeJS)
Software deployment across multiple cloud platforms – AWS, Azure.
You will be working with both technical and non-technical people within the team to ensure that
Software meets functional and non-functional criteria adequately.
Experience delivering code and infrastructure as code.
Experienced in agile ways of working
Able to produce solution architecture for a given challenge or product request
Python experience and understanding would be advantageous
AWS experience and understanding of building automated CI/CD and infrastructure

You will join a department dedicated to investment risk- creating applications that aggregate the risk
of the portfolios across the company. Within this department, there are 14 engineers. You will join
2-3 in order to deliver new components and functions of the application that could take 12-24
months to build, potentially including functionality that will assess environmental risk. Your role will
be very hands-on but you will also be expected to contribute towards design, architecture, technical
strategy and best practices.
The department follows Agile with elements of TDD. You will be building the product in .NET 6 and 7
on AWS with React on the Front End. The role is full-stack- there are no separate DevOps or QA’s.
